To select a different exit module

1. Log on to the system as a Certification Authority Administrator.
2. Open Certification Authority.
3. In the console tree, click the name of the certification authority (CA).

   Where?

   • Certification Authority (Computer)
   • CA name
4. On the Action menu, click Properties.
5. On the Exit Module tab, click Add
6. Click the new exit module and then click OK.
7. (Optional) If the exit module has its own configuration interface, to configure it, click Properties.
8. Stop and restart the Certificate Services service.

• To register a new exit module so that it is available in the list of exit modules, refer to the Microsoft Platform Software Development Kit.
• To stop and restart the Certificate Services service, at a command prompt, type:

net stop certsvc

net start certsvc

• Multiple exit policies can be enabled at the same time.
